Several months ago, I did a promotion in the neighborhood where recent clients had purchased their first home. We gave out 13 dozen FREE donuts & coffee as neighbor’s left for work that morning!!
Fast forward a couple of weeks…when best friends Melissa & Colleen were selling their home and the Realtor a friend recommended didn’t call back, they said “Let’s call THE DONUT GUY!!”
