Working with Adam and his team was the absolute *best* experience! We had a lot of starts and stops(we had a hard time letting go of the home we loved) and Adam was patient and understanding through it all.

At one point, we briefly considered Open Door. The appeal of a quick sale after a long and drawn out process for us was incredibly tempting. We were impressed with the offer amount and ran it by Adam. He believed that we could do better, and he was right! Once we finally put our house on the market, we ended up accepting our very first offer for $23,000 more than we would’ve gotten with Opendoor. Longest build-up for the quickest sale—-officially sold in 2 days.

We took this unexpected gift and among other things, went on our first family vacation—-Disney World! Working with Adam was the best decision ever. He even hand delivered a personal gift, a painting of our home we currently have on display.

Best Realtor Around!!

Before we even considered trying to purchase a home, we knew we had some previous business related financial issues we needed to take care of. Adam talked us through every step from the beginning… even before we had financing in place. He suggested we go with a local lender and we chose Franklin American Mortgage. Between Clay at FAM and Adam, they go all of our issues straight and we were set to go. Once we found a house (there were several) and our offer was accepted, Adam seemed to have to put in more work. We were back and forth on some repairs, but once that was resolved, we were ALL ready to close :) Adam was very straight forward, explained every aspect and helped us put in the “best” offer would could… with the market being what it is, several were turned down… but the last one was accepted and that’s all that matters. We could not be any happier with our experience or the outcome. Thank you Adam and Cindy and Cindy!!! :)
