Showing homes: One of the reasons my client wanted to see this cute 20’s cottage, was for it’s ALL BRICK construction. It wasn’t until we were actually leaving the property that we noticed something strange about the brick… namely that it WASN’t BRICK AT ALL! TRUE STORY: I had been sending home listings to Miss Donna for months. None of them peaked her interest…not ONE!
