Brandon and Julie‘s Christmas “gifts” came back in mid-September, when their home was originally supposed to close. The gifts were PATIENCE and GRACE, as the buyer’s loan fell thru just before closing. We secured another buyer for the home and closed this week, but the circumstances were stressful to say the least. So thankful things came together today!
