“I happened to see Adam’s name on a listing. It sold before we could even get an offer out. In the current white-hot Nashville market it is all about making stuff happen. Adam thought of every detail and handled every request I had and made something I thought would be a pain into something fun. I’d complain about some tiny detail just to make this look more serious but there just isn’t anything to complain about. I even got a new friend in the deal.”
