“Before we even considered trying to purchase a home, we knew we had some previous business related financial issues we needed to take care of. Adam talked us through every step from the beginning… even before we had financing in place. He suggested we go with a local lender and we chose Franklin American Mortgage. Between Clay at FAM and Adam, they go all of our issues straight and we were set to go. Once we found a house (there were several) and our offer was accepted, Adam seemed to have to put in more work. We were back and forth on some repairs, but once that was resolved, we were ALL ready to close 馃檪 Adam was very straight forward, explained every aspect and helped us put in the “best” offer would could… with the market being what it is, several were turned down… but the last one was accepted and that’s all that matters.
